Diet and Exercise off to a good start - but it's early


Last night ended badly with a huge burrito that must have had 1000 calories - and I wonder why I've gained weight (well I don't really wonder why).

Today is a new day! I will focus just on today. Eating healthy (no candy, diet soda (I really believe the fake sugar in diet soda makes you crave more sweets) and I made it to the early spinning class. I'm just going to focus on today and making it count.
